NEMA Grade FR-4(or FR4) material is a epoxy glass fiber cloth laminates (glass fabric reinforced laminates),which is made of alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated,bonded with flame resistant epoxy resin through processing at high temperature and pressure as a rigid insulating laminated sheet,Compliance with ROHS requirements.
