Phenolic laminated sheet tube rod are made from thermosetting resins formed by the polymerization of phenol and formaldehyde, which can then be immersed in cotton canvas or linen paper materials to form industrial laminates.In general, industrial laminates are dense, durable, moisture-resistant, light in weight, and do not soften when reheated.Typically they have high mechanical and insulating properties.

Phenolic cotton fabric laminate sheet/ tube/ rod made of cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin in baking and pressing.
Applications:Widely supply insulation and mechanical support in various electrical equipments,also can be used in transformer oil.superior grade laminates can be used in harsh environments where precision machinery products are required like gear running,friction wheel,etc.

Phenolic paper laminated sheet/ tube/ rod made of the impregnated cardboard soaked with phenolic resin baking hot pressure,Not easy to warp,deformation.Excellent voltage resistance and heat resistance,Good mechanical strength.

Applications:Widely used in high performance requirements of electrical machinery and electrical equipment as insulating structures.

Products Comparison:

Paper Phenolic: Paper is commonly used in applications where low cost is important. Though the material retains excellent electrical properties there is a noticeable loss in mechanical properties as compared to other grades. (x, xx, xxx, xxpc, etc.)
Cotton Phenolic: Cotton is used in applications where mechanical strength and machinability is important. Cotton phenolics are readily available in the two most popular grades CE, a course weave fabric, and LE a fine weave fabric gives nice machined finish. (C, CE, L, LE, etc.)
