After all, to make such equipment into a perfect finished product, it is necessary to have professional experts and professional CNC equipment to process, and sometimes because of the material accuracy requirements and processing efficiency, often need to customize and specialized processing tools;


Cost of CNC forming: First we need to know the main processing cost list.

  • Raw material cost: Generally, we need to cut the size of the material we need in the whole raw material, which is commonly known as the blank material. This blank material is generally 3-10mm larger than the one we need.
  • Clamping time: that is, the process time on the CNC equipment fixed by the blank material; generally completed in a time period, first fix the blank material on the equipment; then carry out the stepwise transmission of the relevant CNC machining program The processing equipment is also the final review of the machining program; then the relevant machining tools are prepared and placed in the magazine; this time is unavoidable, but this time is reduced during mass production;
  • Processing time: This is the most important part of the overall processing, the pre-prepared tools and machining programs are for better machining of parts, generally in the processing time with actual tool cutting time, automatic tool change time, The overall process time of loading and unloading parts;
  • Defective products: This is a phenomenon that each product will appear in the process of processing, generally difficult to find in the processing process, for example: a certain arc is R5, but the actual processing is R4 .95, we will do certain tests on the machine during normal processing, but we still can't avoid this situation. When the parts are unloaded, we find that it is wrong when using the 2nd dimension test. We will verify all the processing at the first time. Procedure and processing quality effect; in the case of mass production, in the case of 500 pieces, the defect rate is 3~5%, and 1000 cases are correct, the defect rate is 2~3.5%;
  • Labor cost and site cost: The cost of these two items is basically low, because it is allocated to each case, so this part can initially account for 1~1.8% of the price, that is to say, 1~1.8% of each product is this fee;


The above is to analyze all the costs of CNC rapid prototyping; from the above points, we can see the composition of all costs, and from this we conclude a list of technologies that can reduce costs:

*Choose the right and correct metal or non-metal materials:
Many designers do not seriously consider the materials, usually like to refer to a certain building, engineering materials, often choose some high-grade materials such as titanium alloy or aviation aluminum alloy to use, this choice is a loss of consideration, should be based on specific The requirements of the components, the recommendations of the professionals, and then decide whether to use the material is the most appropriate;

*Add elements that can be quickly clamped:

The clamping time can be increased by adding certain special process holes in the component product, thereby reducing the time loss caused by the clamping, and also quickly fixing the blank material to the processing equipment;


*Try not to have a variety of surface requirements

The surface finish of the product and the diversified surface requirements, such a result requires that the customer base directly completed on the CNC equipment is relatively unpopular, but we can meet the specific requirements of the guests through other processes, so that is the professional Personnel, doing professional things;


*Try to avoid deep steps and thin wall thickness

In the CNC CNC, it is inevitable that the above situation exists, but if it is acceptable, it should be simplified as a shallow step and assembled form; the general equipment can meet the above requirements, but the deep step and wall thickness The non-performing rate caused by too thin is often high, and such non-performing rate is calculated in the finished product, which leads to excessive price and the consequences are often harmful;


*The correct precision tolerance (or transfer requirements tolerance)
Everyone thinks that the precision of the parts is as accurate as possible. In fact, the higher the precision, the higher the processing cost. In order to ensure the use requirements, the accuracy requirements are reduced, thus reducing most of the cost;

*MOQ requirement on order
Sometimes, only a few parts of the guest are the same material, and the other part is another material. The customer often processes it separately, which usually results in size and cost, and the order quantity is too small. In general, we will confirm with the guests: whether it is the first or the batch, if the customer informs that it is in batch, we will ask the technician to check the minimum amount and the most suitable price to inform the guests, thus achieving a win-win situation.
