GPO-3 insulation Plate is also known as GPO-3 laminate. It is a hard plate-shaped insulating material which is made by impregnating an alkali-free glass fiber felt with an unsaturated polyester resin paste and adding a corresponding additive by hot pressing.

Properties:


Flame retardant: Because the material of GPO-3 insulation plate is halogen-free, it has good flame retardant properties when fire occurs, and does not produce toxic gases.
Good mechanical properties: Because GPO-3 is made of high-strength glass fiber,it is not easy to crack and it is easy to bend to a diameter of 19mm.
Easy to make and easy to mold: GPO-3 insulation material is easy to process and can be stamped, drilled, machined, sheared and sanded.
High temperature resistance: Because of the special properties of the material, GPO-3 can be in the range of 120-210 ° C electronic and 130-210 ° C mechanical range

Applications:


Application in circuit breakers: Frame circuit breakers: safety guards, safety shutters, spacers, phase spacers, etc.

Applications in molded case circuit breakers: phase spacers, arc-extinguishing arc plates, etc.

Application in motor: Motor armature parts, movable cover, wedge stator, fixed gasket, thin gasket, carbon brush holder, etc.
Application in switchgear: front end, rear end, upper end, bottom end, phase spacer plate, etc. in partition system Other applications: arc-resistant structural parts
