Epoxy tube is made of electrician alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, baked, and processed by hot pressing in a forming mold. The cross section is a round rod. The glass cloth rod has high mechanical properties. Dielectric properties and good machinability. It is suitable for insulating structural parts in electrical equipment, and can be used in damp environment and transformer oil.

Epoxy resin pipe must know the following items before using:

1. The resin pipe must be connected with a hacksaw, file, wire cutter, pipe wrench and other tools.

2. The connection method and the form of pipe fittings are basically the same as the traditional galvanized pipes. Generally, pipes with a diameter of DN15-100 adopt this connection method.

3. At the joint between the pipe and the pipe fittings, raw material tape must be used to wrap the joints, so as to ensure that the entire resin pipe is under protection.

4. When cutting, it is not allowed to use high-temperature cutting methods such as high-speed grinding wheel cutting machine and gas cutting. When using sleeving to cut, you can only cut to 1/2 the wall thickness of the steel pipe, and then cut the pipe with a hand saw. It is generally not allowed to use this method, and the hand saw should be used to cut off. After cutting, use semi-circular files and other tools to remove internal and external burrs.

5. The heating method cannot be used to bend the pipe. The dome should be cold-bent, and the bending radius should not be less than 6 times the pipe diameter.

6. Various standard pipe fittings should be used for connection.

7. The surface of the wire interface should be cleaned.

8. The resin tube shall not be exposed to the sun, stained or damaged during transportation.

9. It should be stored in a warehouse where the temperature is not higher than 35 degrees, away from heat sources. The storage period is 1 year from the date of production.
