1.    To Purchase machines and equipment, and set up our branch factory in Guangdong

With the competition of market in this industry, we have to optimize the cost structure on manufacture basing on ensure the quality of products. With more than one year research, it was found that Guangdong have lots advantage on CNC machining technology with mature industry chain in local, and would be easy to recruit skilled engineers and workers on CNC. What’s more, lots of clients’ agents or branch offices in Guangdong or Hongkong. Then it will be convenient to visit each other to improve efficiency on communication. We decided to set up our branch factory in Guangdong with more than 4 workshops that’re equipped with CNC machines, which will focus on CNC machining metal parts ( Aluminium /Stainless steel/Brass…) and also CNC Machining insulation material（3240/FR4/G10/GPO-3）. In Xiamen Headquarter, We just reserve the existing CNC workshops for our key clients’ regular orders, will pay more attention to  manufacture insulating sheet/rod/tubes.

2.    To build on the automatic production lines.

To keep the good quality consistency of products and save the labor cost. 70% of our existing production lines will be transformed to be automatic. Production Engineers from Tawain will be recruited to instruct and improve our production process. Total production capacity will be increased by 2-3 times with automatic production lines.

3.    To improve our quality control system.

Under the effort of our IT department, our QC system online was set up to replace paper record. Every step from raw materials to finished products could be tracked in the system.

Any quality issues found in the production process, it has to work out the reason and action plan till closing the issues.

4.    Information management capability.

In order to improve customer experience and management efficiency, JY has introduced SAP, CRM, and SRM systems, and try to establish its own private cloud platform to support cross-system and cross-department information integration. Factory facilities and systems have covered all branches. Through the seamless connection of the acquisition layer, control layer and decision-making layer have created an intelligent manufacturing factory.
