The phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet is made of cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin, dried and hot pressed. The surface should be flat, no bubbles, numbness and impurities are allowed, and a few spots are allowed. The edges should be neatly cut, and the end faces should be free of delamination and cracks
The use temperature of phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet is 196~+200℃, which has the characteristics of no shrinkage and embrittlement in low temperature environment. Due to the high closed cell rate of phenolic foam, the thermal conductivity is low (can be lower than 0.030w/mk), the thermal insulation performance is good, and it has certain water resistance and water vapor permeability. Ideal thermal insulation material for refrigeration engineering.
Since phenolic has a benzene ring structure, it is dimensionally stable with a change rate of <1%. And the chemical composition is stable, anti-corrosion and anti-aging, especially resistant to organic solution, strong acid, weak alkali corrosion, can be used in transformer oil.
Applications:
Applications in power distribution cabinets: partitions, linings, terminal blocks, phase-to-phase insulation, bottom partitions, contact supports.
Applications in motors: motor armature parts, movable covers, slot wedges, fixed pads, thin gaskets, carbon brush holders, etc.
Applications in circuit breakers: safety shutters, safety shutters, spacers, phase barriers, etc.
