FAQ
Q: What’s the application areas of ceramic sleeve?
A:The ceramic tube is mainly made of sintered zirconia or alumina ceramic material. It has excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, mechanical and thermal shock resistance, and is easy to weld and install. It is especially suitable for material transportation occasions with severe wear and erosion. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry and other industries as conveying sand, stone, coal powder, ash, aluminum liquid and other abrasive particulate materials and corrosive media. It is an ideal wear-resistant pipeline.
Q: What are the properties of ceramic sleeve?
A:
1. High hardness
Its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, which is second only to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Anti-static
The ceramic tube is made of zirconia alumina, which is proven to be an anti-static material, unless it reaches a certain level, it will have low conductivity.
3. Anti-scratch resistance
The surface structure of the ceramic tube is finished, so that the ceramic tube is not easily damaged under the action of external hard objects, and the ceramic tube has a strong ability to resist beating.
4. Excellent wear resistance
Its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to our customer follow-up survey for more than ten years, under the same working environment, the service life of the equipment can be extended at least ten times.
5. Lightweight
Its density is 3.5g/cm3, which is only half that of steel, which can greatly reduce equipment load.
