NEMA Grade G-11 epoxy glass tubes are continuous filament woven fiberglass sheet bonded with high temperature epoxy resin. The material has the ability to maintain excellent mechanical, electrical, and physical properties at elevated temperatures to 170°C. NEMA G-11 from JY Machinery is RoHS and REACH compliant to ensure reliability, safety, and consistency.
NEMA Grade G-11 is available in small and large inner diameter/outer diameter combinations as per customer requirements. JY Machinery offers custom fabricates insulation materials to the exact specifications and drawings of our customers.
Product Application
G11 Epoxy fiberglass winding tube is made of fiberglass yarn impregnated with epoxy resin etc, and then winding in wet method, and then dried and consolidated. Its heat resistance level can be up to H level, and it also has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, low dielectrical loss, no deformation, chemical resistant etc. It can be used as main insulator on H grade dry type transformers, load tap changer, reactor, lightning protector, SF6 Inductor etc.
JY Machinery maintains a full line of CNC lathes and turning centers to produce high quality fabricated parts from glass epoxy tubing. Common component parts are adapter tubes, anti-static bolt sleeves, actuators, high-temperature insulators, neck tubes and many other applications.
