1. The concept of insulating layer
material: a material that can block the flow of current, and its volume
resistivity generally exceeds 109ΩNaN.
2. The role of the insulating layer
material: isolate the charged part from the uncharged part or the part with
different potentials from each other, so that the current can flow according to
a certain path.
3. Motor: Electromagnetic mechanical
equipment for energy conversion
Fourth, the main materials used in the
manufacture of motors: conductive materials (windings, commutators, brushes),
insulating layer materials (electrically separate the live parts from the iron
core, frame and other grounding components and the live parts with different
potentials), Magnetic materials (manufacturing the various components of the
magnetic system such as iron cores, bases, etc.).
5. Motor insulation structure: inter-turn
insulation, inter-layer insulation, ground insulation, and outsourcing
insulation. There are also three, filling insulation, liner insulation, and
commutator insulation.
5.1 Turn-to-turn insulation: the
turn-to-turn insulation of the main pole coil and the commutating pole coil,
the turn-to-turn insulation of the armature coil, the exchange photo, the
inter-piece insulation, the insulation between each turn of the same coil.
5.2 Interlayer insulation; insulation
between each layer of the main pole coil of the layered flat winding, the front
and rear sections of the armature winding, the insulation between the upper and
lower layers of the slot, the insulation between the upper and lower layers of
the coil
5.3 Ground insulation: refers to the
insulation between each winding of the motor to the frame and other uncharged
components, the ground insulation of the main pole coil, the ground insulation
of the armature winding, and the ground insulation of the commutator. Isolate
the live components in the motor from the uncharged components such as the base
and iron core to prevent ground breakdown.
5.4 Outsourcing insulation: The insulation
wrapped around the ground insulation is mainly to protect the ground insulation
from mechanical damage and make the entire coil solid and flat, and it also
plays a role in reinforcing the ground insulation.
5.5 Filling and insulation: filling the gap
of the coil, so that the entire coil is firmly formed as a whole, reducing
vibration, and also making the coil shape regular and flat, so as to facilitate
the insulation of the bandage and the heat dissipation.
5.6 Liner insulation: protect the
insulation structure from mechanical damage during process operations
5.7 Insulation of the commutator: change
the insulation between the plates, insulate the plate group to the ground,
change the V-shaped mica ring and mica sleeve between the photo group and the
pressing ring, and multi-layer high-quality shellac plastic mica
6. Hydrogenerator rotor insulation:
turn-to-turn insulation, magnetic pole support plate, and pole body insulation.
7. Stator bar wire insulation: inter-row
insulation, transposition insulation, transposition filling.
