controlled within 0.35~1Pa·s. If the viscosity is small, the penetration is
good, but it is easy to lose the glue content and affect the electromechanical
performance of the product. However, if the viscosity is too large, it is
difficult to penetrate into the fiber gap, resulting in the existence of a
large number of bubbles in the product, which also affects the quality of the
product. Moreover, the high viscosity causes high tension and will
inconvenience the winding process.
2.The use period should be long. In order
to ensure smooth winding, the gel time of the glue should be greater than 4h.
3.The elongation of the cured resin glue
liquid matches the reinforcing material, which can prevent internal stress
during curing.
4.The resin glue liquid is solvent-free, so
that there are few volatiles and avoid the volatilization of the solvent during
the curing process to affect the overall compactness of the product. This is
even more important for winding molded insulation parts used in electrical
products.
